ginger snaps

friday night i made these cookies on a whim. they were very good!

they were gone in short order (the recipe made just shy of 4 dozen).

a couple of modifications i made:

  • 375 is too hot for most cookies, i bumped it down to 350 degrees.
  • 8 minutes will result in a chewy cookie, 9-10 minutes a cripsy, milk-dunkable cookie

we enjoyed both the chewy & cruchy variety. try it & see what you like best☺
