friday night i made these cookies on a whim. they were very good!
they were gone in short order (the recipe made just shy of 4 dozen).
a couple of modifications i made:
- 375 is too hot for most cookies, i bumped it down to 350 degrees.
- 8 minutes will result in a chewy cookie, 9-10 minutes a cripsy, milk-dunkable cookie
