i like these cookies....
i don't know about you, but i'm always searching for the ever elusive "thick, chewy oatmeal raisin cookie" and by george, i think i've found the answer: chill that dough!
i'm starting to put 2 & 2 together and i think that butter, when chilled bakes "up" much nicer as opposed to falling flat & spreading out when soft. i'll be testing this theory the next time i make my regular old chocolate chip cookies.
