this year was crazy hard on the gardens.
i suppose it didn't help that i didn't water the flowers once this year.
bad gardener... baaaad.
i like to think that by planting all perennials, the garden's on auto-pilot.
you throw a kid who's in trouble out there once in awhile to pull the weeds, and let those babies go.
that's my idea of flower gardening.... lazy style☺
they're on their way out now but these were some of my favorites...

Beautiful!! (I like your idea of gardening. It's the way the kitchen floor gets mopped...."no fighting or you're scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees together!"...Maybe I should encourage a little argument tomorrow...my floor's a little sticky..)
My poor, woeful, brown, crunchy flowers. They hate me, I'm sure. I was so neglectful...
